Jalebi or Imarti?

Diwali celebrations are incomplete without sweet and scrumptious dishes. One of the most delicious of them is the sugar dipped, beautiful and orange ‘Jalebis.’ Made from flour the unique shape and the lip smacking taste are the reasons why the popular Jalebi is prepared on every festive occasion in the country. More popular in the northern parts ofIndia, Jalebi tastes the best if served hot or along with Rabdi, vanilla ice cream of Kulfi!

‘Imarti’ is another sweet which closely follows the Jalebis, with the only difference being its shape and ingredients! Bright orange in color, this looks more like a flower and has some pulses in it and tastes best when hot and crispy
