Most of us lack the time to have a proper breakfast as mornings are always a rush! Nutritious breakfast bars are an excellent option as they easy to have, quick to make and can be stored for long. Try making this grape fruit bar!
Mix 3 cups of grape nuts cereal, a cup nonfat milk, a cup of unsweetened apple sauce, a cup of raisins or any other chopped dry fruit and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extracts. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in pre-heated oven for 35 minutes or till firm.
Cool it and cut into squares.
