Christopher Columbus called Papaya the ‘The Fruit of the Angels’.
Papaya contains Vitamin A, B,C and E, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, protein carbohydrate and more. A papaya is also a great source of Fibre.
You can use it for chutney, salad, pickle, milkshakes etc. Many facial creams, salves and shampoos are made using this fruit.
