Tender Coconut Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 10 grams of China Grass
  • 200 ml Water
  • 200 ml Tender Coconut Water
  • 300 ml Condensed Milk
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 4 tblsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Shavings of Tender Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Grated Coconut

Dissolve china grass in water over low flame and keep aside. Add coconut water. Take another pan; melt the sugar in condensed milk. Put on low heat, mixing all the time. Add china grass and take the pan off heat. Filter into a glass dish. Place tender coconut shavings over the thick liquid and refrigerate. Fry the grated coconut with a little sugar over low flame and shower over the pudding before presenting. Garnish with chopped cherries or any dried fruits and nuts as you desire.
