Bananas are supposed to be wonder fruits with loads of goodness in them which help us combat several health issues like high blood pressure, depression, stress, ulcers, heartburns etc. just to name a few! We all know of yellow ripened bananas, but the raw green bananas are equally good for health, however, they have to be cooked before they can be had.
They contain resistant starch which is helpful for people controlling their blood sugar, because resistant starch has less effect on blood glucose levels. The way to eat them is to cook them. Slice them or cut them like fries and fry them in butter until browned. Also the incidence of irritable bowel diseases/cancers is lower in places where people consume more green bananas than yellow.
