A green tomato has three times the more calcium than a red one. It also has folate and potassium. Green tomatoes can be cooked in numerous ways to suit your taste. The best and easiest way to have them is to have them grilled!
Slice up a medium green tomato, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, dip in flour lightly and grill in olive oil and eat them up!
