Health Benefits of Grapes

Grapes, “queen of the fruits” are a storehouse of numerous health promoting phyto-nutrients such as poly-phenolic antioxidants, vitamins and minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and selenium.

Grapes contain flavonoids that are in fact very powerful antioxidants, which can reduce the damage caused by free radicals and slows ageing.

A common table fruit, grapes help in lowering blood pressure and has the ability to treat constipation, indigestion, fatigue, kidney disorders, macular degeneration and prevention of cataract.

So, include them in your regular diet, be it in the form of fresh fruits, juice or in salads.
