Cranberries – Nature’s goodness!

Ripe, rich, red cranberries are an absolute treat to watch. Cranberries belong to the berry family and are sweet-sour and bitter in taste.

They can be consumed in frozen, dried or fried forms. Wine is also prepared from this fruit which does total justice to the drink’s deep rich red color.

Cranberries are rich in vitamin C and in dietary fiber.  Also raw cranberries are a good source of antioxidants, phytochemicals which are beneficial for the cardiovascular system and immune system, and also act as anti-cancer agents.

So enjoy your evening with a bowl of cranberries!!
