Here’s an instant summer cooler to beat the summer heat!

Watermelon Mint Quencher

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients:

1-2 cups seedless Watermelon pieces

Fresh mint leaves

1 tbsp Honey

1 cup plain or flavoured yogurt

A pinch of Cinnamon powder

Procedure:

Blend the watermelon pieces, honey, and mint in a food processor and blend.

Add yogurt and cinnamon powder and then blend again.

When summer months gets unbearable, just blend in your choice of fruits into a delicious cooling drink!
