Breakfast Decoded!

Finding time to make breakfast for your kid is a struggle and so is getting them to eat!

Breakfast is rightly referred to as the most important meal of the day.  

Here are some time-saving and nutritious breakfast options for your kids!

1) Peanut butter sandwich- Whole wheat bread is packed with loads of fiber and nutrients. Peanut butter is rich in proteins. Peanut butter sandwich is the best way to start your day with!

2) Fruit Smoothie- Handful of berries or any fruit blended with low-fat milk or yogurt is a power-packed breakfast option. It is rich in minerals, calcium and other essential nutrients

3) Cereal- Whole grain cereal with low-fat milk topped with raisins or other fruits are the most preferred breakfast option. The combo is rich in fiber and vitamins.

4) Fruits- Fruits are the most nutrient-rich breakfast option and are energy in the most natural form. Apples are high in fiber. Bananas and kiwis are rich in potassium, a mineral that kids lose during physical activity. Mixing chopped fruits with a dollop of yogurt and topped with nuts can make for an awesome breakfast for a Sunday morning!

Don’t skip breakfast, instead make it the most yummiest meal of the day!
