Yoghurt – Good for Young & Old!

Yoghurt can be included in your Breakfast, can be had along with a Meal or even as a Dessert item!

Thick creamy Yoghurt melts in the mouth & gives a smooth feel.Add flavors to your Yoghurt to give it an amazingly rich taste.

Here’s a special recipe from Chef Ranveer Brar’s ‘Breakfast Xpress’ on Zee Khana Khazana!

Try ‘Strawberry Yoghurt Smoothie’ today!

Ingredients –

For Jam – 1 Red Apple, 1 Green Apple, ½ Lemon, 3 tbsp Sugar, 2 Plums.

For Smoothie – 8 – 10 Strawberries, ¼ cup Honey, 1 cup Curd, ½ cup Milk.

For Garnish – 1 Strawberry, 2 Roasted Breads.

 Method –

To prepare jam peel the red & green apple & remove the seeds.

Finely chop the apples & add to the bowl. Chop the plum too.

Add lemon juice, sugar, chopped plum & mix well.

Cover the bowl with plastic sheet. Keep in the microwave for 10 to 15 minutes.

After the jam is prepared remove the plastic sheet & mash the jam.

Ground in the blender & remove in a bowl.

To prepare smoothie in a mixie & strawberry, honey, curd, milk, ice & blend it.

In a glass add the prepared jam & add the prepared Smoothie.

To garnish, chop strawberry. Place half strawberry on the rim of the glass & chop the half strawberry into slices & place it on the smoothie.

Discard the roasted bread edges & apply prepared jam to it.

Cut the bread into triangles & serve with smoothie.
