Lemon is the most widely used citrus fruit worldwide!

High in vitamin C, lemons are juicy, acidic & flavourful. It’s a common ingredient that’s used in cooking, for garnishing purposes, in salads, in grilled fish & meat.

Did you know? Adding the juice of one lemon to an equal amount of hot water for an anti-bacterial gargle helps cure infections & sore throat.

Here’s a small drink to refresh you in this Summer!

Cool up with ‘Fizzy Honey-Lemon-Punch’.

Ingredients – 1 bottle Drinking Soda, 1 Lime, ½ tsp Fenugreek soaked in water, Honey as required, a pinch of Salt.

Method – (Before cutting the lemon into halves, roll it with some pressure on your kitchen loft. This removes good amount of juice from the lemon.)

Cut the lemon into two halves. Squeeze lime juice in a glass.

Add honey to it as required. Now add a pinch of salt to it.

Add soaked fenugreek to the mixture along with drinking soda.

Add ice to chill it & drink immediately!
