Pesh hai, Shahi Thandai!

Roses add a sweet essence while Mangoes add a sweet & mild citrus flavour.

A mix of the two adds up to a great flavourful Thandai.

The summer season calls for more refreshing drinks.

Here’s a 10 minute Recipe to revive you from the scorching heat.

‘Rose & Mango Thandai’ is a special treat for any occasion from our show ‘Bacha Party’, hosted by Gurdeep Punj only on Zee Khana Khazana.

Ingredients – ¼ cup thandai masala, 100 ml milk, 1 tsp sugar, 2 – 3 tbsp rose syrup, 2 – 3 tbsp mango syrup.

For garnish – 1 tsp almond flakes, a pinch Saffron, Rose petals as required.

Method – In a bowl add grounded thandai masala, milk & mix well.

Now add sugar, rose syrup, mango syrup & mix well again.

Decorate the glass with both the syrups & pour the prepared thandai.

Garnish with almond flakes, saffron, rose petals & serve the glass of thandai.
