Ingredients – For Cupcakes Dough – 1 cup Refined Flour, 1 tsp Baking powder, Salt to taste, 4 tbsp Butter, 3 – 4 tbsp Sugar, 2 Eggs, 50 ml Milk, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence.
For Frosting – ¾ cup Fresh Cream, 3 tsp Cream Cheese, ½ tsp Orange Color, ½ tsp Green Color.
For Decoration – Gems as required, Chocolate Triangles as required, Colored Fennel seeds as required.
Process – To make Cupcake batter, in a bowl sieve refined flour, baking powder & salt.
Now add butter, sugar, eggs & beat them. Add milk & vanilla essence & beat it again.
In an Oven tray arrange silicon cupcake moulds.
Fill the cupcake batter in a piping bag & cut the tip of the piping bag. Fill the cupcake moulds with the cupcake batter.
Pre heat the oven at 200 degree Celsius. Bake the cupcakes at 200 degree Celsius for 20 minutes in the oven.
Remove the Cupcakes from the oven when baked.
For frosting, in three different bowls mix fresh cream & cream cheese.
In one bowl add orange color. In second bowl add green color. Keep the third white in color.
Prepare three piping bags with orange, green & white color. Decorate the Cupcakes with white, orange & green frosting. Top up with gems & chocolate triangles.
Now decorate a plate with colorful fennel seeds & serve the Tiny Treats.
