Italian Cuisine, is a true Cheese-lovers’ supper!
It offers a wide variety in foods ranging from fresh Salads & creamy Soups to spicy Appetizers, Pizzas & Pastas!
Ingredients – 2 tsp Chilli Flakes, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tsp Chopped Garlic, 1 cup Mushroom Dices, ½ cup Chopped Spring Onion, 2 tbsp Sliced Green Olives, 1 cup Boiled Penne Pasta, 1 cup Blanched Tomato, Salt to taste.
(You could add your choice of flavouring & variants to make it as per your taste!)
Method – Heat pan and roast the Chili Flakes.
Add Olive Oil, chopped Garlic, Mushroom Dices, chopped Spring Onion, slices Green Olives, Water and let it sauté.
Now add boiled Penne Pasta, blanched Tomatoes, Salt and mix well.
Remove it on a plate and garnish with chopped Coriander.
