Soup at all times can make you feel better. It is like a healing food!
If you have got cold or flu due to excursions in the rain, a bowl of warm soup is simply perfect & possibly the best choice to cure you.
Enjoy this ‘Monsoon’ with an all time favourite soup to keep you warm during Monsoons.
Ingredients – Oil: 2 tbsp, Chopped Carrots: ¼ cup, Chopped Onions: ¼ cup, Chopped French Beans: ¼ cup, Chopped Cabbage: ½ cup, Chopped Garlic: 1 tbsp, Red Bell Pepper: ½ cup, Vegetable Stock: 200 ml, Soya Sauce: 1 tbsp, Vinegar: 1 tsp, Green Chili Sauce: 1 tbsp, White Pepper powder to taste, Salt to taste, Corn starch: 2 tbsp.
For Garnish – Spring Onion shoots as required, Fried Noodles as required, Chopped Carrots as required.
Process – Heat Oil in a pan. Add chopped Carrots, Onions and let it sauté.
Now add chopped French Beans, chopped Cabbage and mix well. Add chopped Garlic, chopped Red Bell Pepper and mix it well.
Add Vegetable stock, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Green Chili Sauce, White Pepper powder, Salt and mix well again.
Mix Water in Corn starch and add to the soup.
Remove the Soup in a bowl. Garnish with Spring Onion shoots and Fried Noodles.
On the Soup spoon arrange Spring Onion shoots and chopped Carrots.
