If you are wondering what to cook for Dinner tonight, ‘Fried Fish’ is a good option to consider that takes only 7 minutes to cook & 15 minutes to prepare.

‘Fried Fish’ served with Chips & Mushy Peas is truly delightful.

Here’s a special recipe that has a sweet taste along with a subtle peppery spice that qualifies it as a great dish to relish.

Try our recipe of ‘Fried Fish’ served with ‘Chips’ & ‘Mushy Peas’ prepared by Chef Gautam Mehrishi on our show Food Ka Mood daily at 12 pm.

Ingredients – 1 Basa fish Fillet, a pinch of Salt, 2 pinch White Pepper Powder, ½ cup All Purpose Flour, ¼ tsp Baking Powder, Salt to taste, 3 tsp Honey, Oil for Frying.

Method – Slice the basa fillet, and marinate it by sprinkling salt and white pepper powder on it.

Now, mix all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, honey and water in a bowl to make a batter.

After keeping batter on rest for 8 mins – 10 mins, coat the fillet in it. Now fry the coated fillet.

Serve the prepared fried fish with already prepared mushy peas and chips.

Your Fried Fish is ready.
